Just a thought of a few more toys in the waiting area and perhaps a hair cut guide for parents to look at for ideas. Otherwise then that I had an amazing experience! The lady who cut Vivi’s hair was amazing with her!

Not many people would stop a hair cut a dozen time to help with a video game. We have come to miss Donna for the last few years and she is the best! She’s so patient and sweet with the kids! My Charlie used to have so much anxiety getting his hair cut, but not with miss Donna!

The lady that cut my son's hair did a great job. This was his second hair cut and he's not a fan at all but he was smiling by the time we finished. He was super excited about the chicken machine and his hair looks great. Thank you!

I wish it was easier to book appointments online. What would make it easier is if it displayed the open time slots, especially if you are trying to book for 2 kids at one time.

Appointments never start on time, 20-30 minutes off. That’s an eternity to an overbooked busy parent. First visit, haircut took almost an hour; second haircut took 10 minutes. My son left with hair all over his shirt, uneven cut, neglected areas, just overall not great. The store itself appears dingy and dirty. We will not be returning.

This is the second time I’ve shown up for my appointment and waited 20+ minutes past my time. They seem to double book. There were two appointments for 10am and only one girl cutting hair. When you have little kids this is not ideal. I’m not sure why this keeps happening but if I book again and this happens I’ll probably find another place.
