This was our first time. Previously i had taken my son to my hairdresser and another adult hairdresser. Both tried but told me what i wanted was impossible. My child never was good enough for them in addition to the requested style being difficult. My son has a ton of hair and it was long. I showed Kristen at CC the picture and she got to it. The chairs were attractive to my kid and netflix was perfect. Kristen moved fast and efficiently. IN a matter of 15 minutes my baby had the most handsome haircut. Compliments left and right. WILL BE BACK

I have been coming to the Gahanna location for almost 2 years and this was the first time I was not satisfied with my experience. This is a place that cuts kids hair and Kim was acting annoyed with my requests and annoyed with my 3 year old who wasn't being the most cooperative yesterday. I acknowledge those things and understand that everyone can have days like that but I'm paying money to have my son's hair cut, I don't want to feel like I'm annoying or inconveniencing someone because I ask to have bangs fixed/shorter.

Not very happy with my sons haircut. Way too short and didn’t even warn how short the stylist was cutting. We had to fix long hairs she missed. Uneven bangs and the area around the neck doesn’t look good at all. And a large red mark behind ear where skin is irritated. Sorry to say we won’t be coming back. Hope you don’t continue this low quality.
