I think most customer would appreciate a bigger sign for the Covid compliance rules. So that if they have smaller children they don’t have to get out of the car to read the sign and then get back in to wait in line. It’s just a lot for those with younger kids. I understand my son was not cooperating very much, but both of his ears were bleeding at the top. The stylist just didn’t seem to work well with children, she did not have a pleasant disposition.

I appreciate your feedback and we also realized that bigger signs would be helpful so we are working on that. I am sorry about your son's ears. Kass and Donna are the managers and maybe you could request on of them next time. Your stylist has been with us for many years but each person has their own way with the children. Wiggly and uncooperative is not an issue for us. It is what makes us more specialized for children. I hope we will see you and your child again. Be safe!

I was charged $43 for a kids wash and cut and didn't even get her hair washed!!! The sink had a sign that said broken yet I was still charged this much??!!!for hair to be sprayed with a water bottle... Rip off! And I will NOT be back!!!!!!

I am very sorry to hear that our receptionist did not give you the level of experience that you should have received. I do not want this to sound like an excuse but perhaps it is somewhat of an explanation. One of the young ladies that was there today was in training. Being her that it was her first Saturday she was very overwhelmed and probably not being as friendly as she should have been. I hope that you are a regular customer and know that normally our receptionists are very friendly. I appreciate that you took the time to write your review and I will work with her on this aspect of her job as we continue to train her in the coming weeks. Haircut went okay. Son dropped a brush on the ground and hairstylist picked it up and continued to use instead of grabbing a new brush. The end service was terrible and awkward. The person I’m assuming was the manager critiqued our hairstylist and belittled her in front of us. Kind of ruining the entire experience for our sons first haircut. I would not recommend it to our family or friends. We will not be back.

This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had. For one the person that was cutting my son's hair who I don't even know who it was and I assume the manager or whoever was in charge or arguing and bickering in each other the whole time. Also my son didn't even get the haircut I wanted but I was so uncomfortable with the situation that we were in that we just paid for it and left. I completely understand that sometimes there are conflicts but this is ridiculous and it'll take a lot more than I think you guys could actually do for me to ever come back to the salon.
