It was a good experience but I wish I had paid more attention to the actual cutting because the the haircut was cut too high in the back. The front looks great but the back looks like he is a monk. I should have said no clippers, especially since this was his first haircut.

Overall experience was fine, and they are well suited for kids haircuts - the appointment itself was quick and the experience (fin chairs, TV, prize, etc.) was great to help a toddler calm. However, we had to wait nearly 30m after our scheduled appointment time to be called in, which is not great when managing little ones; we tried to schedule carefully between meal and nap times, and this was really inconvenient.

There seems to be very little order to the environment - people standing everywhere, folks complaining about wait times - there needs to be a central check-in with someone who can keep control of the whole operation. The first time we came, we got a wonderful haircut with much attention to detail. This most recent visit was the complete opposite. While the visit was fine, and the stylist pleasant, the environment felt a little too chaotic. Not sure if we'll return again.

Thanks for taking the time to write your review. Although it sounds like you received a good haircut, it also sounds like the place was over-crowded and chaotic. I am sorry that there wasn't any better order to the service being offered in the waiting area. Saturdays are our busiest day and if too many people walk-in without making appointments, it can quickly become disorderly. I am sorry that we were not at our best and I will be discussing this with our Gahanna manager so that she can work with her team to rectify this problem.
