It’s usually busy and some of the stylists are more personable than others. We go because of the convenience to our house, and the fact that they do a decent and quick toddler cut. I like being able to make an appointment online. The TVs and cute ‘cut chairs’ are a sweet touch. We had Cass today, and she was super.

I think the stylist we had did a great job with the haircut, but I feel she would do better in an adult setting. I think she expected too much of a two year old and unnecessarily stressed her out during the appointment. Good cut, but not the best experience. I don’t know how likely my little one is to sit through a haircut again anytime soon.

I've taken my son to the Gahanna location since his first haircut. We always get great service and attention. However, today was different. We were 3 minutes late for our 11am appointment and they were sure to point that out right away (I have a 2 year old, sometimes schedules are altered due to behavior. Anyone with kids should understand that). Anyways, she took us right away and proceeded to very quickly cut his hair. When we got home, my husband had to fix it because it was very uneven on the one side and longer in the very back in a few places that were overlooked. I felt like she rushed through the cut because we were late. Some other little details were left out also- she didn't wet his hair before cutting and she didn't put any product in at the end (I had to ask her). I understand that it's 3 days before Christmas and everyone is trying to get their children's hair cut but I'm still a full paying customer ($16 for a kids haircut that lasts 7 min isn't exactly cheap) and I believe the service and haircut could have been better.
