I've taken my son to the Gahanna location since his first haircut. We always get great service and attention. However, today was different. We were 3 minutes late for our 11am appointment and they were sure to point that out right away (I have a 2 year old, sometimes schedules are altered due to behavior. Anyone with kids should understand that). Anyways, she took us right away and proceeded to very quickly cut his hair. When we got home, my husband had to fix it because it was very uneven on the one side and longer in the very back in a few places that were overlooked. I felt like she rushed through the cut because we were late. Some other little details were left out also- she didn't wet his hair before cutting and she didn't put any product in at the end (I had to ask her). I understand that it's 3 days before Christmas and everyone is trying to get their children's hair cut but I'm still a full paying customer ($16 for a kids haircut that lasts 7 min isn't exactly cheap) and I believe the service and haircut could have been better.
