I went in trying to get a 5 haircuts for $70. Ended up waiting an hour. Was told the manager is supposed to be here but isn’t answering her phone and the ladies there did not know how to do the purchase. I know that mistakes happen but maybe more professional communication would be better next time. Overall I didn’t mind waiting, but an apology for the wait would’ve been nice instead of telling me I just should’ve reloaded my card as if it was my error and not there’s.
