This is the first time I wasn’t thrilled with the service. The stylist did the bare minimum she didn’t try to connect with my son to make him feel comfortable. She didn’t do the haircut we wanted really all she did was trim his hair. She didn’t even bother to brush the hair off his neck. My son is usually very good with haircuts because our usual stylist makes him feel comfortable before starting this time he didn’t want anything to do with her. I was just completely disappointed all the way around with my visit this time.

I normally love coming here, but my husband just got back home with our son and his hair looks awful! It looks like I did it myself. I’m very disappointed.

I was not satisfied with the cut of my son. The cut took less than 30 min. And there was not an eye for detail on his cut. Some of the lengths were not even. There was no product added to his hair or any type of upsell to try and sell me on it. This is my third time coming to this location. I will double think about coming to this location next time.

Hairstylist did not take the time to introduce herself and ask if this was the one year old's first haircut or if he had been in before and to ask about the previous experience and if there were any concerns. She was brusque and just started the hair trimmers and started on the baby's neck and scared the baby -1 year. It was his second haircut and the first haircut was all done with scissors. I did not know she was going to use the hair clippers. Baby cried the entire time and was scared to death. It was a really bad experience for him and us and it scared all the other children and you could see the concern on the waiting parents. We had to finish because she had already taken off a chunk of hair. She insisted on trimming edges and I told her no - it was quite enough. It made me now want to return. If I do, I will certain ask for another hairstylist and I will make them go slow. She should have showed the clippers to the baby and made him comfortable with the buzzing. I don't believe she was very experienced with children. Just a shame. You pay high prices for a baby haircut for a good experience. The manager/owner saw this and never came over to inquire what was wrong. Really disappointing.

This is the 3rd time I have brought in my daughters, age 2 and 3. Their first haircut and subsequent trim were great! This most recent trim, however, was mediocre. I had to even things up myself later that evening. I won't be booking an appointment with Crystal again. I will choose Toni or Trish.

My son was crying at the time he was getting his haircut but would stay still when needed. His haircut was not what we expected. Its uneven in parts and things my wife specifically asked for where not done. We'd like for and need this to be corrected
