Toni was great! They help make it a positive experience with bubbles, a show, fun chair (a car), balloons and lollipops! It's reasonably priced and we will come here as long as our kids are young! Our 16 month old gets a great haircut while moving all over the place!

I don't often leave perfect reviews. Usually there is something that can be improved, but after several visits to Cookie Cutters--for my 3-year-old (curly), 8 year-old (curly), 10 year-old (stick-straight), and myself (also stick-straight), I have no complaints. Service has always been prompt and friendly. They worked really hard with my picky ten-year old and her vague description of what she wanted to make sure that she got the right cut. Prices are reasonable and we've never had a problem getting an appointment. This is the third kid-centric salon we've visited and by far, the best.

Our stylist did an excellent job and made an emotional experience for mom very enjoyable :) she was so sweet with my son and gave him a great cut! We will be back! Thanks for making a "baby's first" memory really special for us!
