Our experience was great! Trish was great and listened to all of our requests with out a flinch! Our little girl loved her! We will definitely be back! If I had to pick any negatives, it would just be that the "Baby's first Haircut" Package is what we went for and didn't leave with one. They say the system is a little frustrating and doesn't work often. So they said they would have to mail it. Which is a tiny bit disappointing but hoping it will be perfect when we get it! It did not tant our experience and will still love to come back!
