Trish was not a sensory friendly hair stylist. She kept blaming him for shrugging his shoulders and was not very kid friendly and did not speak kindly to my son. We normally see Alicia at the Canton location who is always kind and understanding when he has a hard time. We have come to Cookie Cuttes for years and have never experienced rudeness like this. This was a disappointing visit.to work with kiddos you should like kids and talk to them kindly.

Trish was amazing and did a fantastic job with Landon! Landon has sensory issues and sometimes has issues getting his haircut but Trish did a wonderful job keep him comfortable!! We love cookie cutters!

Tammie is fantastic as always! Don’t know what we would do without her for our kid, who has a hard time with haircuts.
