I know the TVs are for kids to be entertained and distracted but sometimes I imagine it’s very overwhelming for kids too. To have four kids getting haircuts and different shows on and all the noise plus some kids screaming or crying, it’s a stressful environemtn

The stylists are good, but the TV service is horrible (at least at the Northville location). The TVs are there to help the kids focus and sit still, however, the streaming signal doesn’t work, so the stylist spends half the time fighting with the TV.

The play structure has ALOT of hair on it and the floor isn’t as clean as I would like but the salon is nice overall.

Always so kind when we walk in specifically at the Borthville location, and they do a great job trying to keep the kiddos engaged and entertained to try to make it a positive experience. They have so much patience and do a good job with the really little ones
