I brought my daughter for a haircut, and her hair looks good. However, the woman cutting her hair had an awful attitude. My daughter is a wiggly 5-year-old. I would expect anyone working at a hair salon for kids to be comfortable with wiggly children. Trish is not ok with that, and made comments the entire time about my daughter not sitting still. My daughter is energetic, but her bottom never left the seat. She was making small movements here and there, and had trouble not tilting her head. A few kind words, or even just speaking in a friendly voice, would have helped a lot. There are likely employees here that enjoy working with children, but I’m not sure how to figure out who they are, without trying them all. We will not be returning to this salon or recommending this salon to any of our friends.

The service we received was awful. The person providing the service was rude and insensitive (our son is afraid of cutting his hair and was crying). Trish has no touch and in my opinion she doesn’t have what it takes to work with kids (especially small kids). We will never go back for a service with her.

We can in for a fairly easy hair removal for our 13 month old daughter. Not sure why the lady was in such a hurry. She ended up cutting my daughter with razor. Main reason for us to go to kids hair cutting place is for thr special care for kids that was not what we expected. Our daughter was not moving usually or being uncooperative.

I did not really care for the individual who cut my son' hair today. I feel like she got super impatient with him when he was doing pretty good for not even being 2. He was very good and still for the first 7 or so minutes and then got antsy. I feel like had she worked a little more quickly, she would have been successful in completing his hair cut.

My caregiver told the stylist to do a fade with a 1 on the side and 3 on top. My boyfriend was not happy with how it turned out because it did not look like it was faded correctly and there are several spots that we need to cut because she missed it. Usually we use Sharman but she wasn't available when I scheduled it. I should have waited until Sharman was available because she does a great job with son and his fade.
