We always see Emma at the Northville location. She is wonderful with my little guy, who isn't really a fan of hair cuts. Always appreciate her patience and kindness towards my son!

Our stylist was kind, quick, gentle and professional. She understood our child and made him feel comfortable. This was not his first cut, but it was the first time he didn’t cry and was calm the entire time. Thank you to the staff. Superb job!

Kelsey at cookie cutters is amazing! My son was horrible at the last place we took him to enough where I've been so nervous ttaking him. He was so good this time at cookie cutters that I wanted to cry in happiness. Kelsey explained to my son that what she was doing and he did not have one fit , she is amazing! Im so happy with cookie cutter Northville,Mi . I am so happy with cookie cutters im telling everyone about your store .

We are SO happy to reconnect with Emma. She was our first point of contact when we came over from the Canton CC...however, after scheduling our 2nd appt with Emma online we did show up to told she was not working that day and another cut Ben’s hair...the service was mediocre. We gave Northville CC another try and were unable to schedule specifically with Emma online and showed up to be told that the computer system had been hacked and all of our information had been compromised and everything was being investigated 🙄 Again, we were not too impressed with the cut and took a longer break this time. I was sooo happy to get online and schedule with Emma today and also have Emma cut Ben’s hair. However, the two patrons ahead of me were asked if they had scheduled online and were awarded $2 discounts on their cuts that we did not receive. I wish we would have been given the same courtesy as we had also scheduled online.
