I’m truly upset about my sons haircut. My husband took our son for the first time, I’m usually the one to go with him. I gave specific instructions on how I want my son’s hair to be cut. I wanted a fade blending into the top on his side. I felt like it was completely ignored. My husband was upset and does not like confrontation so didn’t say anything. My son looks like he has a bald spot, and it is not a clean cut like I asked for. The back and front is cut uneven, I’m very upset, because I thought I can trust the process without me being there.

Sharlagh was so great! This was our second time going to see her for a cut because she did so well with my autistic kiddo the first time we saw her. We actually switched to this location from the canton one after our experience with her. She was calm, professional, and took the time to make sure my son was comfortable before she started cutting. And his hair looks great! Highly recommend.

Always have a good experience. My kids love going to cookie cutter. The only hiccup we had is I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her hair cut with a shampoo wash. It also stated on my appointment confirmation that it had kids cut and shampoo. When we got to the salon they said she was only down for a haircut and no shampoo. Which isn’t a huge deal, I didn’t fuss about it. But my daughter was a little upset because I told her I booked her a cut and shampoo and then she didn’t get it. Other than that it was a great experience. We will continue to go to cookie cutters for our children’s haircuts
