This was one of our best visits to cookie cutters. We were greeted. Our kids were given the best haircuts they’ve ever had. My son (who is asd/sensory) complained of yhe “itchies” and his stylist didn’t hesitate to get him a new cape (twice). A style and a product was recommended for my daughters curls. Both stylists went above and beyond to make sure we had a great cut and a great visit. Thank you!

Tammy at the Northville location is absolutely amazing with both of my children. I was referred by another special needs mom and I would recommend her to anyone. I never thought there would be a haircut without tears involved before coming here. 10/10 recommend! She did a great job making them comfortable and on the cuts as well.

I wish the cut was symmetric on the front instead of some hair left as is but other areas cut in line. Same goes on the back right below the center of head … not cut in a professional way. The backside near neck is also cut unprofessional way. This is the first time I experienced this way. I usually have hair cut for my kids with Jessica but this other girl who did hair cut today did not do it the way how Jessica usually does. I am really disappointed.

High price for a child’s haircut We arrived on time but had to wait 20 minutes past our apt time. Hard to do with two kids The staff was okay with my son who cried. Not worth the money we paid for a clipper cut which was best for him being so upset. Should not have had To pay full price for something I could have done at home. The overall experience was okay.
