Scheduling cuts every 15 mins is not reasonable. Each time I visit a Cookie Cutters, I have to wait at least 15 mins after my scheduled appointment time. This location was no exception. Furthermore, the line building behind me was stressful to the stylist (as it would be for anyone) and it affected the way she spoke to us.

Sharlah was AMAZING with my son. He is very sensitive and doesn’t usually like when people touch his head so with this being our first experience getting his hair cut I was nervous as to how he’d be. She was so confident while cutting his hair and it made me feel comfortable as his mom because she knew exactly what she was doing. She did a great job keeping him distracted and was more than patient when he had a little meltdown. Will definitely be returning for his next haircut!

Our hair stylist Sharlah was excellent!! Our son was very cranky and also happens to have high functioning autism. She knew exactly how to handle him and helped him thoughout the entire haircut. I actually felt comfortable enough to sit down and let her do his hair which is not very common for me...lol. as a parent of a child with autism this kind of experience can be horrible, we had an AMAZING experience and will be back. Thank you to her from the bottom of our hearts, it made our day and he looks so handsome!

My husband took my two year old in for a haircut and this was the first time at this location. The haircut is extremely uneven, super long spots, and super short spots. My child and husband were covered in hair and the stylist did not offer the blow dryer or use the blow dryer to get any of the hair off. My son did not receive a balloon like every other child in the place. It was completely rushed. While the stylist Margaret was very friendly but the haircut was extremely uneven and I had to fix it at home. I understand he’s 2 and maybe cried and wigged a bit but she did not even check it or attempt to make it even.

The haircut was fine. But the woman who cut my 2-year-olds hair wasn’t friendly and didn’t deal with children well. I will use a different Cookie Cutters location in the future.

The staff was great. They were running a bit behind due to walk-in customers who claimed they had booked online, but they apologized for the wait. The staff was very nice and tried to calm done some of the difficult kids in front of us. Our cut was fairly quick and great! The choice of seats were great and helped keep him distracted for the visit. The mini-play ground was also nice to keep him busy while we waited.
