The team was extremely patient with my son who has cognitive and communication impairments. Haircuts are something I dread when it comes to my Son, but the staff do their best to make him comfortable, play with him, do sign language with him, and super quick when it comes to haircuts when I feel like crying. They also comforted me because of how stressful it can be, I appreciate their kind hearts & going above and beyond.
