Rated 5 for every category. The concept is great for kids. Service, mediocre. This past Saturday my son and I walked in around 9am. One kid was getting their haircut and there was no one waiting. There were two stylists working. I was asked if we had an appointment. When I said no the woman stated that the next available “appointment” was 12:45. I was a little taken back since there was no one else waiting in the store. Who wouldn’t want to make a quick buck before their next appointment? We left and did not return. Today my wife called and make an appointment for 3:30pm. When she arrived the receptionist said that the appointment was for 3:00, not 3:30. Regardless of who is correct, employees should not be rude to a customer, especially if the employee is not correct. My son got his hair cut regardless since there wasn’t an appointment coming up. Even though we are one person, we will not be returning for a haircut again.

Hot water in tub was broken. Got charged incorrectly. Cashier talked on the phone socially while I was still waiting for service.

Trish does a good job with the haircut but she comes across as unkind and is impatient with children.

My son's hair is awful. We had a great experience the prior 2 times we came, but it is so uneven and looks ridiculous. Not sure if we will return again but never with this stylist again!

I wish the cut was symmetric on the front instead of some hair left as is but other areas cut in line. Same goes on the back right below the center of head … not cut in a professional way. The backside near neck is also cut unprofessional way. This is the first time I experienced this way. I usually have hair cut for my kids with Jessica but this other girl who did hair cut today did not do it the way how Jessica usually does. I am really disappointed.

My caregiver told the stylist to do a fade with a 1 on the side and 3 on top. My boyfriend was not happy with how it turned out because it did not look like it was faded correctly and there are several spots that we need to cut because she missed it. Usually we use Sharman but she wasn't available when I scheduled it. I should have waited until Sharman was available because she does a great job with son and his fade.
