Walked in to find the receptionist too busy in her phone to greet me. Stood there awkwardly in silence waiting for her to finish. Explained I had a prepaid card that was lost when my wallet was stolen and was told there was no way or recovering the amount paid and I should have taken a photo of the card (never have I ever thought to take a photo of s pre paid card with the assumption of my account with the facility storing this prepaid infortmstion)...we paid in full today despite the $70 I already paid. The stylist cut and sprayed my child’s hair so quickly we didn’t see the results until after his hair fell. Please see attached photo...there is nothing professional about this cut. I’m appalled I paid for this. We will no longer be customers of Cookie Cutters
