The salon is set up so cutely. My daughter loved the seat in the car, she was so busy turning the wheel the whole time she didn't even notice the haircut. The stylist was also so good with her and played with her while cutting her hair. Gave her a balloon at the end that she loved, and a lock of her hair to us to keep.

My daughter Autumn is only 2 and she is VERY shy and very "NO! I don't want too!" Type of child, it's just the age. The stylist let Autumn sit on my lap while Autumn got her hair trimmed and things went really well! Autumn did not cry or fuss at all. She was very comfortable and it was nice that the stylist was able to accommodate us in this way. We will be back!

I have three children (6, 10 and 14) and am over 40 years old - all this to say that I've been around... I have NEVER felt so welcome, so listened to, so comfortable anywhere. When I say anywhere, I mean any service oriented business from restaurant, coffee shop, salon, etc. My 6 year old daughter has curly, long, and thick hair, so it was a struggle to even get her to agree to try the salon. Our hairdresser (Kelsey) was knowledgeable, funny, and really listened to what my daughter had to say, which put her immediately at ease, which means I could sit back and relax. My daughter didn't complain once, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience!
