Tasha did amazing on my son, I will definitely be booking with her from now on but the other lady who did my other sons hair was terrible and I had a really bad experience with her and I was not happy at all ! I should not have paid for that terrible haircut!

Leslie cut my sons hair and I noticed she went way too high and didn’t do close to what I wanted and left his hair line very crooked and choppy was no satisfied. Usually go to another gal but her schedule was busy

Service was very poor, the stylist was not patient at all with our child. She didn’t even try to finish the haircut. She also was cleaning while we waited on the car with our child sitting down. She left twice to clean. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Made an appointment in advance but was left waiting for over 15 mins with no update or acknowledgement. By the time they were ready for him we had run out of time. Of course my son was pretty disappointed since we had come all the way there. He started to cry. No apologies or acknowledgement from staff. Been going to cookie cutters for years now but this last experience is really making me reconsider continuing.

I was very disappointed in our visit. Nathan’s hairstylist was neither friendly or helpful in trying to determine what to do with his hair. She did nothing to make him feel comfortable or less frightened. I will not return

My daughters hair cut was rushed and unprofessional. The stylist cut her hair with buzzers to safe herself some time. When I asked if she would wash her hair she rudely replied that she didn’t have time because she was booked “back to back” I can understand this, but cutting her hair with clippers?! She didn’t even blend it and cut her bangs WAY too short...she really seemed to care less. I also noticed she didn’t sanitize her scissors or other tools which grossed me out....now I have to go pay someone else to fix her hair. We won’t be back and I will not recommend this salon!
