Came in with about 5 inches of hair and asked her to keep it fairly long on the top, so we could still comb it over and the sides a 1-2. She pretty much gave my son a buzz cut and didn’t say anything about it. I mentioned several times to the receptionist and manager that she cut off way more than we had talked about. I’m pretty upset about the experience we had yesterday and we have been coming to cookie cutters for 5+ years! I’m also surprised no one said, “sorry”. Maybe I should have made a big scene!

I paid for the hair wash cut and style... when my kiddos hair was done being washed parts were still dry. Her hair was cut unevenly and while it was being blow dried I noticed she kept making faces. When we left I asked her about it & she said her hair was being pulled a lot & her eyes were poked a few times as well. Definitely won’t be taking either of my kids back.

We checked both Karter and Ryan in. Karter got called pretty quickly; however two people that came in after went back before Ryan. After that happened, I asked the receptionist if we had been skipped. She proceeded to ask me if we’d checked in. I said yes Karter and Ryan. Then the stylist that had just got done cutting Karters hair called for Karter and Ryan. I explained she just did Karter. The receptionist did not apologies for the mix up or anything. Please pay attention to your appointments.

My son loves to come here for his haircut and usually has a blast. Unfortunately today I’m questioning if I will ever take him back. We had asked for a simple comb over and to shorten up the sides. We even provided a picture of previous haircuts to show exactly what we were looking for and instead we got an uneven buzzcut and the top of his hair chopped too short. Even after the barbers attempt of fixing it the hair on the side his head is uneven and patchy. Very disappointing and irritating to have my son walk around like this.

I read through many many reviews and decided to schedule an appointment with a particular person. I scheduled a ways in advance to make sure we got her. I wanted to set up my son for a positive experience. One gal was at the front desk, another gal was sweeping her station, and another was just helping a kiddo out of her chair. All three stylists were ready or soon to be ready. They called us up and were sent to another lady besides the one we reserved. Disappointed to not get the stylist we made a reservation for. My son was wiggly and we moved to a mommy and me chair. The gal never offered me a cap and made a joke that I had more hair on me than on the floor. I thought she would at least offer to blow off the hair on us but she walked away. My son had cut hair all over his body. He cried and screamed the whole ride home that he was itchy and poky from the hair. I couldn't wait to get home and blow off the hair. The ride home traumatized him from getting hair cuts. After talking with friends my experience is different from others. They always get their reserved stylist, their stylist is patient and tries different tricks during the cut, and they always use the blow dryer to blow off the cut hair at the end. I hope my experience was just a one off chance but overall we did not have a good experience.

When a client makes an appointment weeks prior that needs to be honored instead of excepting walk-ins & requests during my appointment time as I WAIT!!! not the right way to do business.
