Shae has a braid in her hair at the time of the cut which was taken out but the stylist did not wet the hair down which caused varying lengths of hair once complete. No attention to detail and the hair was cut once. Most hair cuts, get a blunt cut then revised a few times to make sure the hair is all one length. I had to point out areas that needed more attentions. I even encouraged the stylist to wet the hair which she did not. Overall, this haircut was not worth the value and we will not be returning.

My daughters hair looked beautiful when finished but the stylist was brushing her hair so hard. My daughter now has a headache and said she was in pain the whole time. Stylist always wasn’t very friendly at all. Didn’t say a word to my daughter other than “don’t move your head”

In have been to cookie cutters and bac free always been happy but today the stylist did not seem very professional and did a poor job cutting and styling both girls hair.

The experience is cute and my daughter enjoyed it along with getting glitter I her hair! But the whole salon is so dirty. Hair on every thing, including on the counter, slide, chairs, floor, just everywhere. It doesn’t feel clean or sanitary at all. We won’t be going back unfortunately!

Although the stylist we got was nice, I wouldn’t exactly describe the way she talks as professional. She also seemed like maybe she’s new at cutting hair. And she seemed kind of like uncomfortable with what she was doing. At one point my child turned their head slightly and she said “whoops I guess we will go higher then” so his haircut was a bit uneven and higher towards the top of his head then I wouldn’t ever normally expect. She also didn’t even use scissors at once she only use clippers to cut his hair so the top of his hair ended up being too long. She said she left her stuff at home so she had to use someone else’s and didn’t have her scissors. She apologized for taking so long, as it was quite a long haircut for a boy, and she apologized because she left her tools at home. This seems weird to me and if she can’t cut hair normally without her own things maybe she should go get them so she does her best job. I always leave a tip, but I didn’t leave a tip this time because I didn’t feel like paying more money when I’m already paying $20 for a haircut that I could have probably done at home 😬 I don’t normally leave these survey feedbacks Because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, and I don’t wanna make someone feel bad. I’m sure every day is not everyone’s best day to cut hair. But it’s hard as a customer to wanna come back when I take boys home almost every haircut and they have giant chunks of hair that either got missed or they just decided to leave them long in the weirdest places 🤷‍♀️

The cosmetologist completely missed the mark on my daughter’s hair and had the audacity to charge for it. We gave her a picture and she completely butchered the bangs and the layering and length of her hair. My daughter wanted bangs that were longer and layered in and she did quite possibly the worst bang cut I’ve ever seen. Not only that my daughter told her she wanted it to be about collar bone length and she cut it at chin length. Her hair will take months to grow back out if not longer and it’s incredibly disappointing. This is on top of trying to book two haircuts but the website only allowing one at checkout. I left in the notes of the booking it was for two yet they did not either read the notes or simply didn’t care so we were there much longer than should have been.
