I’ve come in several times after having made an appointment and had to wait for a long time this time it was 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment. No apologies or acknowledgement that we had waited for an hour. Will not be returning for this reason. My sons haircut was fine and the stylist did a good job once he was finally in the chair.

Experience can be better explained when I am contacted. This was our 3rd time using Cookie Cutters and our first two experiences were perfect 10's across the board. As of now I don't know that we will give any return business unless an agreement to rectify the experience can be made between us and Cookie Cutters.

Your newest employee Tommy, at the Linder location, does not belong in a kids salon. He should remove his piercings and cover up his tattoos when working with littles, and especially remove his black nail polish. I’m disappointed that he cut my kids hair today. I don’t think I will be coming back anymore. I don’t need those kinds of surprises. My kids are too little to be exposed to that. Also my daughters $19 cut, was a tiny trim which wasn’t even straight. So I can make a trim like that at home. Super dissatisfied experience.

The price is way to expensive and the environment isn’t that great, the front desk lady’s are kind of rude and there was a lot of hair everywhere not cleaned up. My haircut lady lashanda was amazing but besides that my experience wasn’t great ! Stop making the prices so damn expensive when it’s a kids haircut like that’s so crazy! You should be more considerate and also not even ask for tips at this point because we only have for haircuts since it’s so expensive

The gal working the reception was awful. She didn’t greet us, just looked at me as I walked up. No smile the entire time. There was just no life in her. Even when we paid at the end she just said that total and asked if I wanted a receipt. That was it. No “have a good day” or “thanks for coming in”. The environment was chaotic as heck. So much going on all at once. The hairdresser was great.

It’s too expensive!! How dare you raise the price so high I will no longer be coming here! It’s a kids cut for $21!??! And then you ask for tips?! No I sometimes can’t even bring my kids in for a hair cut because it’s so expensive
