Sent my son to get his hair cut. He comes homes and it is uneven allover. The back of his hair is ridiculous. The left side back is somewhat normal length and lines. The right side is very high and choppy- looks like lightning bolts. This is the worst cut he has ever received. I know we took a risk booking with "whoever is available" but I would have waiting if I knew he was going to come home like this. Looks terrible!

We always go to LaShawnda and she’s amazing!! Unfortunately, she was not available so we randomly had Jonette. I could see right away that the haircut wasn’t on par with the usual service we receive. However, only after we washed my son’s hair we could see how patchy and uneven it really was. It’s definitely not a $25 haircut, this is ridiculous. I would want the money back so I could go to LaShawnda and fix my son’s hair. It’s an embarrassment.

Our experience was not as great as it has been in the past. When we got sat, she dry cut her hair straight and was done in like 2 minutes. It isn’t straight and it’s something I could have done myself at home. I am not sure why she didn’t get her hair wet and have a little more attention to detail. I hope this changes or I will look for a new place to go.

I enjoyed coming here the first time and appreciated the time the stylist took with us. She was patient and made my son feel comfortable before coming near his head with the clippers. However this time, it was obvious the stylist was in a hurry and consequently made my son more afraid. She did not talk to him, did not show him the clippers, and just held his head while he was screaming. I understand it must be difficult cutting the hair of a crying baby. But if she had just taken the time to make him feel comfortable, this would have been a lot less of a scary experience for my baby. He has never screamed that much during a haircut, he was terrified

Maddie did great. Appts were 20 mins behind and I had to ask when my son would be taken back for the stylist who was standing for 10 mins to get my son into the chair. Haircut for third child was terrible. Maddie did Maison and hayes, not sure name of the last one.

The salon was packed when we arrived which I expected since school is starting in a few days. However I was shocked to see there were only 3 stylists working and no receptionist. The stylists had to stop after every cut to check people out, confirm appointment times, etc. which significantly slowed down the turn over time between appointments. I witnessed them having to double check who was next on the schedule, asking for names multiple times, stopping to fill balloons - how exhausting for them!! It was a poor experience but I really felt bad for the stylists. I hope this was a one off occurrence and they are receiving the proper support. Although, I noticed a big turn over in staff within the last few months so as a business owner, that tells me something isn’t being managed right. The energy in there was not good. We’ll likely be finishing out our prepaid card and going somewhere else in the future
