My sone is only two and moves around a lot so it’s mostly his fault but his haircut is horrible. Patchy spots and uneven. I didn’t say anything because it took the stylist so long already that I just wanted it to be over. I could tell she was very new so I hope she gets better after some more experience.

Cookie Cutters has always been our go-to place for hair cuts. However, the Meridian location stopped enforcing m patrons. With people still dying every day I will not give my money to a place that is complicit in the spread of COVID in our town. We will not be back.

We had scheduled with Kimber because she is great and cuts our sons hair just right. I was told that if she could not do it or wasn’t working we would be called to reschedule if we wanted to. Turns out Kimber was not the one who cut my sons hair. Just would have liked to be given the choice prior to arriving

We got a good haircut but it's way too expensive. It's a great environment for little kids but not worth it for older children. I had to wait 30 minutes even though I had made an appointment.

My son got a bad haircut from here that will take awhile to get back to normal. The atmosphere is inviting and nice. Just disappointing and seems like there is a new stylist every time I go.

Hello! If you can provide the name of your child or the name of the stylist then we can address the issue. You are welcome to call the salon and make an appointment to bring your child back in to fix the haircut. If it's too short, I'm sorry. We try to error on the side of too long, but it sounds like in this case, we did not do that. As far as new stylists, yes we have hired a few new people to keep up with the demand in our store. We still have 4 that have been with us since we opened a year ago. You are always welcome to request a stylist when you make your appointment. Thanks for your feedback!

My kids always love coming here, watching a show and having the fun environment always helps with haircuts for my kids who don’t particularly love them. The stylist was very nice and friendly. She didn’t however prepare my child for when she was going to start using the clippers or spray them with water, that always seems to help when they do. She seemed like she was more concerned with zooming through and accomplishing a quick haircut over actually cutting his hair evenly. Overall I can’t complain because my kid had a positive experience but I didn’t leave particularly liking how his haircut turned out.
