I made appointments for my 3 kids at 4,4, and 415 and when we showed up they said our appointments were for 345 and 530. I had the confirmation emails to show them the time I booked but their books looked completely different. Thankfully they were able to fit us in, but it was just weird to have my appointment times be completely changed around to times I wouldn’t pick and not be informed. Don’t think it was the ladies working there’s fault but if the app messes up my appointment times again I don’t think I will come back.

My first daughter didn't get the haircut asked for. Her hair was several inches longer than her shoulder and I wanted to keep it that way, at least partially. I showed the hairdresser a picture of an a-line haircut on a little girl with several angles and she confirmed it was an a-line. And then proceeded to tell her I wanted the shortest layer to be shoulder length and the longest layer to stay as long as possible. She also confirmed this and then proceeded to cut her entire hair to shoulder length. Needless to say I'm very disappointed especially since we have had multiple haircuts at this place I do not feel like it was worth my money for getting something we didn't ask for and now we will have to spend another year growing it back. Thanks.

This is the second time we have been here. Both times, the wait has been ridiculous and that is with an appointment! We were at the salon for 1 hour 15 min, for a 15 min haircut. Specializing in kids haircuts, it should be obvious that kids are not capable of waiting and being patient for that long! I have a regular hair appt for myself at my salon and in 10 years, I have never had to wait more than 10 min over my appt time. The stylists are great with the kids, but the business side is not there. We won't be going back as this has been my experience twice now.

My suggestion would be to hire a separate employee who would be responsible for customer registration and payments. The hairdressers are too busy and they don't have a so many time to check in and out all customers. And I would recommend to make a booking every 30 minutes not 15 minutes, because 15 minutes is too short time for hair cuting, and it's why the customers must to wait 15 minutes or more for hair cut.

The last two time I was there my sons hair was cut to short. I wasn’t feeling well or I would have complained this time but it was to late the hair was already cut. It’s a little frustrating because I showed her what I wanted.
