Shelby Jo was not very friendly and wouldn't help with haircut ideas/advice. La Shawnda on the other hand was fabulous and helped so much. She also did an amazing job.

The kids haircuts turned out well, however my toddlers knees, hands and feet were absolutely disgusting after playing in the play area! I’m shocked, assuming this area is sanitized and cleaned every night - if it’s not, it should be!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. I'm happy to hear that you enjoy our salon and your kids get good haircuts. As for the slide, we do clean it throughout the day, and at the end of every day but all it takes is one kid who just got his/her haircut to go down it and get hair everywhere. Also, because it is such a small play structure, we do not require, or even ask kids to take their shoes off. This can also cause it to get a little dirty. But please know we do our best to wipe it down during the day. We look forward to seeing you again!

Nice and friendly staff, but there are a big problems with schedule. My opinion that 15 minutes for the one customer is too short. We always must to wait 15-20 minutes. My suggestion would be to change the schedule to 30 minutes for one customer.
