The only negative part of our experience was the long wait time past our scheduled appointment time (30 min). I'm not sure if this was due to booking appointments too close together or not having enough staff, but it is something I will take into consideration next time I need to make an appointment. Other than that, the staff was wonderful, and my daughter had a great experience for her first haircut!

Keely did my sons hair and I was extremely thankful she was the one who did. She was so patient, kind and good at what she does. My son hates getting his hair cut and as soon as she started he started crying. At my direction, she still went in to cut his hair and did a great job. She worked with him and tried her best to help him feel comfortable all while cutting his hair and it came out great still. I’d definately recommend her to all going to this location. Not only was she great with my kid , she was friendly and willing to fit us in quickly since with didn’t make an appointment. The other girl in there wasn’t as courteous and nagged about us not having an appointment. Go to Keely! She’ll take care of you.

Tyson appointment was at 10:45 and someone checked in sametime she said her kids appointment was at 11:00and they were called back before tyson. I was frustrated and was ready to walk out but I am glad I stayed because Norma was excellent with Tyson.she was Very professional and efficient. I definitely will be back again and will request norma

We are glad we ended up with Traci. She is awesome! And will likely request her again. However, she was not who we set our appointment with. Our some is very picky. So glad it worked out.

Both of my children have received multiple haircuts from Cookie Cutters. My daughter loves Cookie Cutters and always asks to get her hair cut. We have made appointments for every service. Waiting times for our appointments have ranged from 15 to 45 minutes after the scheduled appointments. I love Cookie Cutters, but get frustrated with appointment times not being met. When booking appointments there should be additional options for people who know their children will need longer then a 15 minute appointment. I feel this would help reduce the wait times.
