They were running 30 minutes behind. My son is autistic and was losing his mind. He then got a haircut that wasn't what I asked for/showed photos of. I know they were swamped and doing their best. I don't want to be rude or hurt anyone's feelings but waiting 30 minutes when we had an appointment isn't great. And leaving unhappy with the cut also not great. But they were very busy so I didn't want to cause a scene.

Elizabeth continues to give great haircuts to autistic Colton. He loves seeing her and she can now do a full haircut without any issues. She's the best!!!

The hair stylist accidentally cut his eyebrow and didn't even notice until we pointed it out. Accidents happen however I do find it that her failing to notice she shaved his brow is negligent and dangerous.

We usually have a good experience but the gal that cut my son's hair this time was intimidating to him and I feel she was kinda of rough with him. It was the first time my son did not want to get in the spiderman car. The lady did that smile barely spoke to him and just really seemed like she hated her life being there. This is not a typical experience that we've had there but afterwards my son said he did not like going there.
