We accidentally scheduled at the farthest location from our home during rush hour. We were over a half hour late! We were expecting to be turned away, but they worked us in while reassuring us they understand “life” happens and parenting is hard. One stylist stayed late to make sure my littlest had her first hair cut. Overall: Great people, great business, great environment. Highly recommend.

We have been coming here for years and every appointment has been an amazing experience. The staff are incredible and are expert with the young ones. Never had a late appointment or bad haircut. Our most recent visit, our kiddo asked to have her hair curled after the cut- we were thrilled when the stylist actually did it. It wasn't part of the scheduled appointment and was going way above what we expected. Our kiddo was beaming and felt like a celebrity after. Thank you, Cookie Cutters for always being so wonderful!
