My son got a bad haircut from here that will take awhile to get back to normal. The atmosphere is inviting and nice. Just disappointing and seems like there is a new stylist every time I go.

Hello! If you can provide the name of your child or the name of the stylist then we can address the issue. You are welcome to call the salon and make an appointment to bring your child back in to fix the haircut. If it's too short, I'm sorry. We try to error on the side of too long, but it sounds like in this case, we did not do that. As far as new stylists, yes we have hired a few new people to keep up with the demand in our store. We still have 4 that have been with us since we opened a year ago. You are always welcome to request a stylist when you make your appointment. Thanks for your feedback!

LaShawnda was so good with my little guy! It was his first haircut so she made sure he was comfortable before starting and was very patient with him. I was able to get an appointment quickly and am very pleased with the experience. We will definitely be back!
