When booking my child's appointment twice now we have had a different stylist cut his hair. The stylist has been present each time and no one has explained to me why we are having someone else cut his hair. This only upsets me because when booking, I request a certain person because of the relationship they have built with my son. I have to wait for specific dates and times to work around their schedule and still end up with someone else.

The salon was packed when we arrived which I expected since school is starting in a few days. However I was shocked to see there were only 3 stylists working and no receptionist. The stylists had to stop after every cut to check people out, confirm appointment times, etc. which significantly slowed down the turn over time between appointments. I witnessed them having to double check who was next on the schedule, asking for names multiple times, stopping to fill balloons - how exhausting for them!! It was a poor experience but I really felt bad for the stylists. I hope this was a one off occurrence and they are receiving the proper support. Although, I noticed a big turn over in staff within the last few months so as a business owner, that tells me something isn’t being managed right. The energy in there was not good. We’ll likely be finishing out our prepaid card and going somewhere else in the future

I booked Elizabeth online for Beckett and Leslie grabbed him. I was not there as my husband took them; however she didn't do what was asked. The cut looks horrible. I did these cuts in preparation for the first day of school and I can only pray that it will grow out to be somewhat presentable. I am VERY disappointed that not only did Elizabeth NOT cut Beckett's hair after I personally booked her...Leslie did a HORRIBLE job. It isn't even close to what was asked!! I am very upset by the result and lack of professionalism that we experienced.

Elizabeth did a phenomenal job with Declan’s hair! I so appreciate her listening and cutting his hair the way we asked her too.

I scheduled my kids at the same time for an appointment and still for the second week in a row., Our appointment has been pushed back and we had to wait longer than expected. I spent almost an hour there each time when I was only planning on spending 30 minutes max For a haircut. The week prior I scheduled them with 15 min of eachother. I had to ask if they still had my child on the wait list or if we got skipped because others were showing up and getting in right away. I had an Appointment for my hair cut at 630 at another place near by and I had to miss it. It’s hard to make time for the appoiments. The scheduling needs to be figured out or the stylist should work to get the next appointment in with at least someone instead of having us sit there wondering. It’s also really hard to keep kids entertained for an hour having to wait. You may have a play structure but it gets out of hand when kids are there too long. We choose you because you’ve always been great and nice stylist. But the last couple times has been frustrating.
