We usually have a good experience but the gal that cut my son's hair this time was intimidating to him and I feel she was kinda of rough with him. It was the first time my son did not want to get in the spiderman car. The lady did that smile barely spoke to him and just really seemed like she hated her life being there. This is not a typical experience that we've had there but afterwards my son said he did not like going there.

We've been coming here for almost 3 years seeing Sydney and it was amazing. As soo. As she left so did the friendliness and quality. We scheduled a 215 appt and didn't get my son in the chair until 237. The stylist was gangster tatted (knuckles/face included) and had a personality that matched the exterior. She didn't talk to my son at all just sternly told him to be still and didn't say a word to us the entire time. 0/5 stars. We just needed to use the last cut on our prepaid card and we will never be back again. We followed Syndey where she went and are glad to not be coming back here.

Have always had s good hair cut on my sons hair until today. Not even and looks very choppy. Not faded correctly at all

Shelby was very good in cutting my son's hair. She is patient. The only problem that i have is the cashier does not know the pricing. They charge me $3 over. I kept saying my son did not go for shampoo, but i was still charged as like we did the shampoo. They told me its the tax, but $3 as a tax is 20% of the fee. Disappointed with this.

The cosmetologist completely missed the mark on my daughter’s hair and had the audacity to charge for it. We gave her a picture and she completely butchered the bangs and the layering and length of her hair. My daughter wanted bangs that were longer and layered in and she did quite possibly the worst bang cut I’ve ever seen. Not only that my daughter told her she wanted it to be about collar bone length and she cut it at chin length. Her hair will take months to grow back out if not longer and it’s incredibly disappointing. This is on top of trying to book two haircuts but the website only allowing one at checkout. I left in the notes of the booking it was for two yet they did not either read the notes or simply didn’t care so we were there much longer than should have been.

Although the stylist we got was nice, I wouldn’t exactly describe the way she talks as professional. She also seemed like maybe she’s new at cutting hair. And she seemed kind of like uncomfortable with what she was doing. At one point my child turned their head slightly and she said “whoops I guess we will go higher then” so his haircut was a bit uneven and higher towards the top of his head then I wouldn’t ever normally expect. She also didn’t even use scissors at once she only use clippers to cut his hair so the top of his hair ended up being too long. She said she left her stuff at home so she had to use someone else’s and didn’t have her scissors. She apologized for taking so long, as it was quite a long haircut for a boy, and she apologized because she left her tools at home. This seems weird to me and if she can’t cut hair normally without her own things maybe she should go get them so she does her best job. I always leave a tip, but I didn’t leave a tip this time because I didn’t feel like paying more money when I’m already paying $20 for a haircut that I could have probably done at home 😬 I don’t normally leave these survey feedbacks Because I don’t want to get anyone in trouble, and I don’t wanna make someone feel bad. I’m sure every day is not everyone’s best day to cut hair. But it’s hard as a customer to wanna come back when I take boys home almost every haircut and they have giant chunks of hair that either got missed or they just decided to leave them long in the weirdest places 🤷‍♀️
