I actually have no complaints about the haircut or stylist. I did think that the girl who checks people in was the rudest I've dealt with since you have been open. My daughter is phasing out of getting her hair cut at Cookie Cutters so this is one of the last times but customer service was no good.

I really wanted to love this place but the cars were not clean (I cleaned brown and orange crusted off of the steaming wheel and we were the first customers of the day). The lady who cut my son's hair did not listen to what I asked for, cut it way too short even when I kept saying, "That's good," and she was not patient with my toddler who kept giggling and flinching when she was using the buzzer because it tickled.

I know kids screaming are not easy to work with but we have been in before and he has been worked on better. My son gets bad anxiety, the reason we choose this place is for comfort, the result of the haircut was not as expected, I hope next time is better.

This was probably the worst experience we’ve had in the last 3yrs. The lady cutting Kaydens hair was so bad. The line you see in the picture is from her cutting. It was so bad. Normally when we come most of them are good. Some are better than others but wow

I understand the stylist was getting ready for lunch but she made us feel like an inconvenience and was very short. She also rushed us and was NOT understanding of my 2 yo needing more time with the clippers. When apologizing for his excessive movement she just shrugged off my apology. This is my first time coming to the Meridian location. I will not be coming back because I’ve never had this experience at the Boise location.

Had an appointment at 4:15 and didn’t get called until 4:33. Arrived 5 minutes early to be respectful of everyone’s time. I wasn’t notified that things were running behind. Someone who checked in 10 minutes after me was seated before me. Second time in a row that my scheduled appointment time was not accommodated (about a 10 minute delay last time). The delay made me late for another scheduled meeting and I HATE being late/having people wait on me. Going to try a different hair salon next time.
