Terrible haircut! My son’s hair was patchy all over! I asked her to fix it and it just got worse. I finally told her we were done and just hope to god my husband can fix his hair. It looks terrible. :(

I'm so sorry that you do not like your son's haircut. We have hired three new people in the last week and this is the first complaint we have received. We would love the chance to fix the haircut so please bring your child back into the salon so we can do so. We can't improve if we don't know who did the haircut, so please let us know. They were running 30 minutes behind. My son is autistic and was losing his mind. He then got a haircut that wasn't what I asked for/showed photos of. I know they were swamped and doing their best. I don't want to be rude or hurt anyone's feelings but waiting 30 minutes when we had an appointment isn't great. And leaving unhappy with the cut also not great. But they were very busy so I didn't want to cause a scene.

I booked Elizabeth online for Beckett and Leslie grabbed him. I was not there as my husband took them; however she didn't do what was asked. The cut looks horrible. I did these cuts in preparation for the first day of school and I can only pray that it will grow out to be somewhat presentable. I am VERY disappointed that not only did Elizabeth NOT cut Beckett's hair after I personally booked her...Leslie did a HORRIBLE job. It isn't even close to what was asked!! I am very upset by the result and lack of professionalism that we experienced.

When a client makes an appointment weeks prior that needs to be honored instead of excepting walk-ins & requests during my appointment time as I WAIT!!! not the right way to do business.

I read through many many reviews and decided to schedule an appointment with a particular person. I scheduled a ways in advance to make sure we got her. I wanted to set up my son for a positive experience. One gal was at the front desk, another gal was sweeping her station, and another was just helping a kiddo out of her chair. All three stylists were ready or soon to be ready. They called us up and were sent to another lady besides the one we reserved. Disappointed to not get the stylist we made a reservation for. My son was wiggly and we moved to a mommy and me chair. The gal never offered me a cap and made a joke that I had more hair on me than on the floor. I thought she would at least offer to blow off the hair on us but she walked away. My son had cut hair all over his body. He cried and screamed the whole ride home that he was itchy and poky from the hair. I couldn't wait to get home and blow off the hair. The ride home traumatized him from getting hair cuts. After talking with friends my experience is different from others. They always get their reserved stylist, their stylist is patient and tries different tricks during the cut, and they always use the blow dryer to blow off the cut hair at the end. I hope my experience was just a one off chance but overall we did not have a good experience.
