I got a “mommy” cut”, I showed the stylist several photos of the hairstyle that I wanted. The end result was anything but what I wanted. She chopped off most my hair and I am embarrassed by how it looks. I will never get my haircut here again.

Wait time is to long especially if you had an appointment set! We waited 45 minutes. And were late for the plans we had after. Theres no reason to have to wait that long. Third time this has happened to us.

In general, we have been happy with our two experiences at this Cookie Cutters. The environment overall does not seem especially clean; there’s an old fragrance plug-in in the wall and kids’ seats are all in terrible shape. I did see stylists cleaning the seats after each kid, but they certainly don’t look clean. Both of our stylists have been nice but not overly friendly. The second time, she was much better at helping ease my child’s fears and keeping him distracted. Overall, I’m happy to pay for this service because it’s not something I can do myself, but I do wish for the price that the quality/cleanliness of the salon was better.

The last two time I was there my sons hair was cut to short. I wasn’t feeling well or I would have complained this time but it was to late the hair was already cut. It’s a little frustrating because I showed her what I wanted.

My suggestion would be to hire a separate employee who would be responsible for customer registration and payments. The hairdressers are too busy and they don't have a so many time to check in and out all customers. And I would recommend to make a booking every 30 minutes not 15 minutes, because 15 minutes is too short time for hair cuting, and it's why the customers must to wait 15 minutes or more for hair cut.
