Hair stylist for my son was very rough with him. Haircut looks great but a more gentle approach would have made this experience far more enjoyable.

Debbie was our stylist, she was not warm to my son to make him feel more comfortable getting his hair done. He is only 2 but usually does really well just watching his show as long as the stylist shows him what they are doing and talks to him. Debbie did not. She just jumped right in, and wouldn't let me help holding him still when he starting moving. Because of this, when using a short blade around his ear, he moved and created a bald spot. Rather than just using the 2 that I asked, she used the blunt trimmers and "blended" his bald spot without asking me about it. Then did the same thing on the other side to make it "even". This made it look worse than a line that was shorter than the rest. I also had to ask her to trim his hairline on his neck when she said she was done. Which she brought the super short trimmers up and inch up his hairline. I even had to have her go back and fix the front because it was too long, now it is uneven. My poor kid looks butchered and the worse haircut he has had. This was his 10th one so he is not a newbie. I am very disappointed, and would have asked for further correction, but then he would have been completely bald!

The stylist was friendly and accommodating, but you have to be kidding me thinking it's ok to run 45 minutes behind appointment times when toddlers are involved. Ether manage your appointments better or don't take walkins.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all feedback from our customers, positive and negative. We do our best to stay on time because we know we are dealing with toddlers. But it is also because we are dealing with toddlers that we sometimes get behind. We often deal with children who do not love getting their haircut and we often fall behind because of these situations. Unfortunately, it's hard for us to know when booking appointments which ones will be a struggle and which won't. But please know we do our best to treat each child with care and we try to let our other clients know when we are running behind because of a struggling child.

Chair wasn’t cleaned off from prior child’s hair cut. It was all over my child’s shirt. (Dark vs. blond hair) The edges of my sons hair aren’t straight one spot looks like she started cutting the hair with out a guard on and then didn’t fix it.

The car my son sat in was filled with hair. It was dirty. The stylist was not personable. Maybe having a bad day or just doesn’t like small talk. She did warn my son about the tickles of the electric razor which was cute. I felt like it was super rushed and she needed to finish with his hair fast. My son was covered in hair when we left.
