I scheduled my kids at the same time for an appointment and still for the second week in a row., Our appointment has been pushed back and we had to wait longer than expected. I spent almost an hour there each time when I was only planning on spending 30 minutes max For a haircut. The week prior I scheduled them with 15 min of eachother. I had to ask if they still had my child on the wait list or if we got skipped because others were showing up and getting in right away. I had an Appointment for my hair cut at 630 at another place near by and I had to miss it. It’s hard to make time for the appoiments. The scheduling needs to be figured out or the stylist should work to get the next appointment in with at least someone instead of having us sit there wondering. It’s also really hard to keep kids entertained for an hour having to wait. You may have a play structure but it gets out of hand when kids are there too long. We choose you because you’ve always been great and nice stylist. But the last couple times has been frustrating.

Absolutely do not like my daughters haircut. The lady basically grabbed her scissors and cut it in 2 minutes and was like have a great day…. Not worth the money for a 2 minute service in which I had to drive 30 minutes too… 10 min would’ve made more sense… customer service is wonderful but definitely will not come back…

Need more practice in cutting hair. Hair looks choppy!

My sons was cut on the neck twice with her clippers. She continues to use them after he was grabbing his neck saying it hurt!

Her hair was so horribly cut! Extremely uneven and looks like a small child took a craft scissors to it.

This is the first time I had a mediocre experience here. The shop was very busy and was kind of chaotic when I arrived. I made an appointment online, and arrived 10 minutes early. The receptionist was so engrossed in figuring out some error she made on the computer, she and the stylist helping her did not greet me. I stood right in front of them for easily 3-4 minutes before I was acknowledged. My son's appointment was on time, though there seemed to be confusion on who was next. Our stylist seemed distracted. She never introduced herself, never held any kind of conversation (I even tried to engage with her and she was very dismissive) and was not very friendly to my Son. She was chewing her gum like a cow and seemed to be in a hurry to be done. The haircut wasn't that great. My son has fine hair and I can see every single cut she made. In the past, the stylist I get always comments on this and textures his hair to help hide the cuts. I was thinking about asking her, but she was so stand offish I was honestly afraid she would get offended I was giving her advice. I gave her a tip, but I don't really think it was deserved. At the end, she walked off never said by or thank you. The receptionist helped my son pick out a balloon and a lollipop. I'll be back, because I have had much better experiences in the past. But if it was my first experience, it would be questionable.
