I will definitely return. The environment is great for the kids. The only negative was that they were running behind but I understand that was out of their control and the play structure kept the kids busy while we waited. They had tvs for each station and the cars they sit in allowed us to avoid the usual hesitation we face about getting haircuts. We had two different people for three haircuts and they were both very nice and great with the kids. I would definitely recommend!

The stylist was friendly and accommodating, but you have to be kidding me thinking it's ok to run 45 minutes behind appointment times when toddlers are involved. Ether manage your appointments better or don't take walkins.

Thank you for your comments. We appreciate all feedback from our customers, positive and negative. We do our best to stay on time because we know we are dealing with toddlers. But it is also because we are dealing with toddlers that we sometimes get behind. We often deal with children who do not love getting their haircut and we often fall behind because of these situations. Unfortunately, it's hard for us to know when booking appointments which ones will be a struggle and which won't. But please know we do our best to treat each child with care and we try to let our other clients know when we are running behind because of a struggling child.

The only negative part of our experience was the long wait time past our scheduled appointment time (30 min). I'm not sure if this was due to booking appointments too close together or not having enough staff, but it is something I will take into consideration next time I need to make an appointment. Other than that, the staff was wonderful, and my daughter had a great experience for her first haircut!
