I've tried three times and disappointed with the skill level everytime by a different hair dresser. They rush through way to fast have left my son's hair choppy and uneven and not by just a little but over by more than an each un even around the ears. Which I've had to point out to the hairdresser. The environment is cute the ladies have been nice and I kept hoping for a better out come but sadly disappointed each time. I won't be back and wouldn't recommend. I think the stylist need more practice and maybe they are over scheduled and feeling pressured to get cuts done quickly.

I love coming to Cookie Cutters! The price feels a little steep, but the stylists are always so great to handle my wiggley toddler so it is worth every penny. I have learned to ask them to keep notes of how they cut his hair so we can make it consistent every time, but they do a really nice job.

The kids haircuts turned out well, however my toddlers knees, hands and feet were absolutely disgusting after playing in the play area! I’m shocked, assuming this area is sanitized and cleaned every night - if it’s not, it should be!

This is my second visit to cookie cutters .My first cisit was exciting my kids loved the atomosphere. This time the the stlyist were in a rush to get off for the day and did take there 5ime to give a quality hair cut. I will not be coming back.

I have been a customer for a few months now. I extremely enjoyed and love our stylist that we use every single time. We will wait for however long it is or for her. However I couldn’t help but always notice how chaotic the salon is. I do understand it is a small space however there i think it should be more of an organized and timely manner of haircuts. Meaning when I book online it appears the appointments are 15 minutes each. Considering this as a salon for children I would like to think that 15 minutes is not enough. 15 minutes or one client would be sufficient for an adul.lt. Children are very unpredictable and in my opinion 15 minutes is not enough time to be able to cut a child hair while wiggling around and not understanding to stay still and that’s assuming with good behavior. I believe that most the times that I have gone and it is well over a 15 minute wait beyond your appointment time. I think extending appointment times by even five minutes would greatly help everyone. Especially when people have taken the time to schedule an appointment at a specific hours and have to wait quite a bit more simply because they have ran over time on children.
