Elizabeth is AWESOME! Henry struggles with haircuts and thru all the crying, moving and overall demeanor she stays completely calm and pleasant. As his mom, I feel embarrassed normally but not with her!

Once again, we see Sydney for our cuts. My youngest is still terrified of haircuts. Sydney was SO patient with him while he screamed for the whole 10 minute appointment. She is just incredibly kind and tries her best to make kids feel comfortable. She'll also utilize parents to help get the cut complete, but knows when to back away if both parent and kid are overwhelmed. Best experience at any Cookie Cutter salon, hands down.

We typically see Syndey and MAN is she amazingly patient and kind. My oldest is on the spectrum and after the first haircut with Sydney, he actually gets excited for them! She does such a great job and is so understanding. She explains what she's doing so the children know what to expect. She's just been a huge sanity saver for our family. I highly recommend!

Our experience was not as great as it has been in the past. When we got sat, she dry cut her hair straight and was done in like 2 minutes. It isn’t straight and it’s something I could have done myself at home. I am not sure why she didn’t get her hair wet and have a little more attention to detail. I hope this changes or I will look for a new place to go.

Amazing experience! We have a super wiggle worm and they had ms rachel and the cutest car chairs to keep a 1 year old distracted! All the stylists were so sweet and the environment is just what kids love! Will be coming here from now on!
