I love the atmosphere of cookie cutters it is very fun an super entertaining for my son! Everyone was super nice I am glad I brought my son here for his first haircut... but I was not super impressed with the actual stylist we had it don't think that she is probably cut out for working at a kids cut place she was nice enough but seemed very nervous. Overall I really like cookie cutters and will definitely bring my son back :)

We thought we would take a chance on someone coming right out of school, but it was clear that she needed some more experience. I apologize that you were one of the people that she worked on and invite you to make an appointment to come back and let one of our other highly qualified stylists fix the haircut.

It was such a fun environment and my son loved the Spiderman race car. The gal cutting his hair was patient with him as he kept moving around. We will definitely be back!

Receptionist Was on her phone a lot and their was not enough hair dressers. Also the. Prices seem a little high for a kid hair cut granted you do things their level but what about older kids that don't fit in the Spider-Man car?

Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at Cookie Cutters. I completely agree that we do not have enough stylists working yet and I am doing everything I can to hire more. We had one quit the day before we opened and we had to let another go the day we did open because she did not meet our standard of quality and care. Hopefully we can get some more quality stylists to apply so we can hire them and get them taking care of our clients. As for the receptionist being on her phone, well that was me, the owner of the store. I am doing my best to run the store as well as take care of all the other things that need to be taken care of on the back end. With it being our first week open, there were plenty of emails, texts, and phone calls that needed to be made during business hours. I have recently hired a receptionist and will no longer need to work the front desk while also trying to take care of business behind the scenes. Also, we do have an adult chair for those clients who might be a little too big for the fantasy chairs. We strive to make every child feel comfortable and hope that you can see that we are trying our best. We look forward to serving you again.

My son has a very hard time with getting his hair cut and they treated him so well. The stylist was patient and understanding and everyone there never even hesitated to offer bubbles or anything fun to help him feel more calm. He also left with the best haircut yes ever gotten.
