We have been going to Cookie Cutters for years. The price has always been high for a kids' cut. We only go when I receive a coupon. The last couple of times we have gone there, the hair stylists have been unprofessional (for a kids' place). Yesterday, only one girl did not have facial piercings or tattoos. The woman with the tattoos on her face and all over her exposed chest was supposed to cut my daughter's hair. My daughter was terrified of her and refused to let the woman cut her hair. The Meridian location was not as clean as it used to be either. I am unsure if we will be returning. This is an establishment for children. The stylists should be sweet, friendly, and approachable.
