I’ve been here multiple times and I’m not sure if the lady I had was new or what but she was super sweet it just looks like I could have done them myself. At first I wanted the form which I slowly realized she didn’t know what she was doing. So I switched to the regular tip. I wished she started over on the hand with the forms but she insisted that she could fix it. She did the tips better but it just wasn’t up to my standards. I was already there for like three hours and was just ready to go otherwise I would have had her start completely over. I will be back I just never want her again. Again she was super sweet but she is never touching my nails again. Thanks

My lady spent 15 minutes on my nails and seemed lazy with the visit. She clipped the nails, put the nail polish on and then said "okay you're done". She didn't put lotion on them, ask if I thought they looked okay, rub hands at all, not a great quality of service if I am paying 40 bucks to get them done. It made me really not want to go back but I think it might have just been this lady because she has only been there for a few months.

I literally asked for one thing: to take the thickness out of my hair, which is very heavy. The stylist was very nice but VERY CLEARLY did not know how to do that. I should have stuck with going to an Asian salon for Asian hair because it is still WAY too heavy.

Stylist talked too much and barely spent anytime looking at the reference picture. Did not ask during the cut if I was happy with the progress. The hair cut was all right but it's not what I asked for.

The salon itself is nice. The parking for the salon sucks. I went for the first time to get my nails done and it was just ok. My SNS is a bit bumpy, I have nail polish through my nails and hand and it looks a bit messy. When the technician filed she filed part of my skin. When my nails were soaking for some reason it stung a bit, I've never had that happen before and I have no cuts. The appointment took a bit longer because the technician had to stop a few times to review the correct steps for SNS. At the end she put acetone to try to take some of the nail polish off. I hope that doesn't compromise the length of stay of my nails.
