As someone who’s just been getting cheaper haircuts for $25, I can oule say that Salon Joa felt very worth it and had a nice chill vibe which I like. I also appreciated that no razors were used to cut my hair as I just prefer for scissors to be used since the razors don’t feel amazing but maybe Im just old fashioned.
