It was one of the worse experiences ever! First thing, she said she will stop The job of my son started acting up after that we started the haircut, she went left and right, no professional technique which that made my son ever more upset. She was able to see how bad it was going and kept cutting. I understand that it can be difficult cut little ones Jaír but this person was just careless about her job. Didn’t apologize, she just “advice” to cut the areas that she missed. Like what!? Really!? Never going back.

This is the only place I know other than a Drs office that says a mask is mandatory. They have already said they don’t do anything. It’s time to move on……

Blasa is our favorite haircutter! She is so kind and patient, even when our toddler loses patience. She's fast and her skill on a wriggling toddler is spot on.

We booked an appointment for our son’s first haircut ahead of time. We picked this place because they had a package listed specifically for First Haircuts that included a certificate. When we arrived the strap for the chair was broken. We were then told that the printed for the certificates was broken. My husband asked if they could send a PDF of it so we could print at home. They said they could. When we finished the haircut they realized the iPad was completely dead so they couldn’t take his picture or fill out the certificate. They only charged us for a regular haircut which we appreciated. No one really kept us updated about the situation so we ended up leaving. Our hairstylist stepped away from her current haircut to apologize, but the front desk didn’t care. We really liked our hairstylist! She was great. She felt bad about the situation. But between the broken chair, broken printer, and broken iPad, we’re very disappointed.
