I feel if a technician who is still in the “learning” phase does a significant part of your service, ie applying the color & managing the entire color process the cost of the service should be adjusted.

I like the person who cuts my hair and the time they take to make sure I'm happy, but a shampoo and haircut should not cost more than my weekly food bill. I never paid such a high price for something that takes only 1/2 hour even up north. I have to plan weeks in advance to make sure I can afford to get my hair cut without cutting back on other necessities.

I was rushed through my hair cut because of a computer error where people were double booked. Felt like I wasn't taken care of like normal.
