I selected Michelina's because of their expertise as advertised on their website, and my first visit showed them to be true to heir word. After a tour of their excellent shop, I was introduced to Gene, who patiently took care to listen to what color treatment I thought I needed, and then helped me understand much more about the coloring process, and together we arrived at an excellent and much better, result. I'm looking forward to ongoing appointments.

Truly feels, looks, and operates as a top notch salon. The respect they show their clients makes it a wonderful experience. Stylists are very skilled and understand exactly what you want and offer suggestions to make it even better, and it is!!

Michelina's is a wonderful salon in Gateway. Gene, the owner, is the stylist that takes care of my hair. His passion for teaching and being a stylist is obvious in that he explains what he is doing, how the products affect your hair, and shares his thoughts on what may/may not be good for your look/hair. He is not pushy with the numerous products that they have available for sale, but will make suggestions as to what he thinks would benefit the condition of your hair. The salon provides a number of different services and has a very nice gift boutique. Check them out.....you won't be disappointed.
